Need to measure features that cannot be seen by a camera?
A plug and play touch probe kit is offered to add functionality to your system. A star probe configuration will allow you to access the underside of a part and measure features which might require another setup if they were to be done purely with vision.

3-D features and touch probe capabilities come standard with InSpec Metrology Software - so there is no need to buy expensive software upgrade packages. Micro-Vu's Excel line offers the customer a large measuring volume while still maintaining high accuracies:

• 24x24" (300x300mm) Measuring Area
• 36x48" (900x1200mm) Measuring Area
• 48x60" (1200x1500mm) Measuring Area
• 48x80" (1200x2000mm) Measuring Area

Standard models come with a 6" (150mm) Z Range. Optional 8" (200mm) or 12" (300mm) Z ranges are available with most models.
