AUTOMATED VISION SYSTEMS
Vision systems can locate and measure features with high precision
and speed. Systems integrate precision encoders and a video image
with automated 3-axis motion control, zoom magnification, lighting,
edge tools, and metrology software.

MANUAL VIDEO SYSTEMS
Video systems provide for easy manual measurements using a video
image and precision encoders. An operator views a video image and
adjusts the zoom magnification, lighting, and focus as needed. A
metrology readout or software enable a variety of measurements.

Optical comparators project a magnified profile or surface image

InSpec Metrology Software provides the power of geometric dimensioning
and toleracing, reporting, and data collection while simplifying
